Beyaz bir kağıda niyetlerinizi yazın (aşk,sağlık,para,bolluk-bereket vs.)istediğiniz kadar niyet yazabilirsiniz.Niyetlerinizi olmuş ya da her zaman oluyormuş gibi yazın.
Sonra mumla o dileklerinizi kapatın.4 e katlayın.Sonra mumla,torakla,tütsüyle,niyetleri yazdığınız kağıtla toprağa gömün.Gömerken niyetlerinizi olmuş gibi hayal edin.Üzerine suyuda dökün .ŞİFA OLSUN….
